VoIP Monitoring requires the use of any existing Voice Over I.P. service through your high speed internet.

When your Alarm System is triggered, your VoIP line will work just like a regular phoneline allowing the panel to dial out to our monitoring center.  And depending on which VoIP provider you use, as well as the bandwidth of your internet, some alarm panels may not be able to send detailed alarm signals conditions.  Should this occur, our monitoring center software will use the caller I.D. signal received to identify the alarm panel and create an immidiate GENERAL ALARM condition.

Our highly skilled Technical Staff is trained to re-program your alarm system  right over the phone.  However, in the event your alarm panel cannot be reprogrammed, the addition of our DIGITAL DIVERTER at no additional charge may be needed.

This service requires an existing VoIP service to route your alarm signal through the internet into our 24 hour monitoring center.

When using this device, we recommend the use of a Uninterruptial Power Supply (UPS) to provide continuious power to all devices in the event of a power outage.  A UPS may be obtained at any electronics supply outlet.
